é que eu to tentando aki meu primeiro portrait (rosto).... to plantado no photoshop desde as 19:00

Mas então... Quanto ao tempo, depende do vexel... Nos simples, consigo fazer em 2 horas mais ou menos, mas já cheguei a ficar umas 2 semanas nuns mais detalhados; é claro que parando, mas em média isso... Agora esse aí, fiz quase que sem parar muito mesmo, daí levei uns 3 ou 4 dias!
